CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life can be unpredictable and unanticipated events and situations can happen to everyone. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, please note the following procedures.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required when you wish to cancel or reschedule a treatment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book in and also cover the cost of the room. If a treatment is cancelled or deferred at very short notice because you have a sudden illness or there becomes a contraindication where treatment can not take place, standard cancellation fees will be waived.
Late Arrivals
​If you arrive late, your actual treatment time may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow on from you. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and do your utmost to be on time.
